We are here for you...
This service is exclusively for all employees of Eastern Airways, using highly trained volunteers (all of whom are flight crew and are external to the company).
The trained peers are there to listen confidentially and without judgement. As commercial airline pilots they know exactly what it's like to work in an aviation environment.
This Peer Support Programme is governed to the highest professional and medical standards of confidentiality. It is managed and supervised by the Centre for Aviation Psychology, leading and independent experts in the field of aviation psychology.

Prefer an External Peer?
We understand that you might prefer to speak to a trained pilot peer who does not work in your airline. Fortunately, this is possible through an exchange agreement between many of the peer support programmes managed by the The Centre for Aviation Psychology. All the peers have been trained and operate to the same standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
